Daddy let me sleep in a bit, which is always a fantastic way to start the day!

I had a big spinach, strawberry, pineapple, blueberry, tomato, red grape and cuke smoothie. I felt great all day!

I was able to get some office work done for my business, and I had enough energy to run some errands with the family.

We came home and I served them some healthified street tacos (okay they were pulled pork from the slow cooker), including fresh cilantro, tomatoes, homemade salsa, and sliced spinach. The kids chowded them, (had no idea they were eating spinach!) and even ate the side of black beans. Not as healthy as I’d like to get us to, but I never offered sour cream, and the only one to ask was Daddy. 😉

I even had enough energy to do some laundry and watch Monkey practicing her bike balance. Our goal is to remove the training wheels this week! I’m sure some of you are thinking she’s too old for training wheels, but with her not being all that athletically inclined and a mom who can’t be in the sun, we have some catch up to do!

Thank you, God, for my energy and focus. I know this would be impossible without you!

The Skinny:

I felt great all day. I had a large smoothie in the am and another one at dinner. I felt satisfied all day.

Weird change of the day: My eyelids are no longer puffy. Not sure if it’s because I’ve cut out sodium, if it’s because I’m not on the steroids right now, or if it’s because I’ve lost weight. Either way, I had forgotten what they were supposed to look like!

Weight: 239.2 (total weight loss 9.8lbs)

I love you all more than my luggage.
