So … I’ve been running like crazy, and I haven’t updated y’all about my reboot.

I still haven’t had a flare up, and I have even had some sun exposure with no huge reactions!

I’ve been blending every day, most days I do breakfast and lunch, and I feel GREAT!

I’ve lost 20 lbs since April 1, so I’m weighing in at 229. I know I have a loooong way to go, but I’ve lost more than what my kids weighed when they were born… combined – and I thought they were big babies!

That feels pretty good.

The reboot diet is no longer a diet. It’s just the way we eat. Smoothies, and whole, organic foods. Fish as much as Daddy and the budget will allow, (he is still not crazy about it, but my kids LOVE it – especially salmon! We have meatless meals, organic chicken, almond milk in cereal, etc. I don’t feel deprived, and when I want a treat, I have one. I am simply focused on getting the most bang for my buck when it comes to food. I can eat a whole, healthy meal and feel satisfied, or I can eat a piece of chocolate (or five) and feel like I want more, plus some milk to wash it down … Never satisfying my hunger. Most of the time the decision is a no-brainer. Unless PMS is involved. 😉

Speaking of … My monthly visitor came and went with very little symptoms. That was a huge difference. Normally symptoms start about two weeks before, and a few days before I’m bed ridden. (sorry guys … If I have any male followers!)

I have not done anything big … I’m not strong enough to gear up for that just yet. Lots of little things seem to be working.

Other than that, we’re just living the dream and grinding the daily grind!
